Autumn Ridge Assisted Living Facility

Project Description: Trinity Retirement Services, Inc. completed the development of Autumn Ridge Assisted Living Facility. Autumn Ridge Assisted Living Facility is a 34 bedroom facility providing  24-hour assisted living care, as well as memory loss program for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementia.

The facility is a single-story building consisting of 27, one bedroom apartments, private studios, and shared suite arrangements. The facility has a kitchen area, two separate dinning rooms, activity area, walking areas, and a multi-purpose room.

Location: The project site is located at 14280 W Stanislaus Avenue between Goldenrod Avenue and 16th Street.

Approvals: The City of Kerman approved the site plan and conditional use permit for the project on February 5, 2008. Construction of the project is complete and the facility is open.
