Kearney Palms III

 

Project Description: Willow Partners, LLC is constructing Kearney Palms III an additional 44 apartments for qualified seniors. The project will consist of 36 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units on approximately 1.26 acres. Kearney Palms III will be offered as an affordable housing project for qualified seniors.

 

Location: The project site is adjacent to the existing Kearney Palms I and II project located at the northwest corner of Kearney Boulevard and 9th Street.

 

Approvals: The City of Kerman approved the site plan for the project on August 5, 2009 which included a general plan amendment, zone change, and tentative parcel map. Permits have been pulled and grading began in May 2011.
