Kerman Neighborhood Shopping Center

Project Description: The Kerman Neighborhood Shopping Center is a commercial-retail development on 8.47 acres.  The two phases project will first be anchored by CVS Pharmacy and include an auto part store and building pad for lease to other tenants.

CVS Pharmacy constructed a 13,225 square foot specialty phar-macy store that includes a drive-throughpharmacy. CVS is the largest provider of prescriptions and related health care services in the nation. With over 190,000 employees and approximately $80 billion in annual sales, CVS is the No. 1 specialty pharmacy and provider of prescriptions in the country. The pharmacy employs approximately 20 to 25 full–and part-time employees.

Location: The project site is located on the southeast corner of Whitesbridge Road and Madera Avenue.

Approvals: The City of Kerman approved the site plan and conditional use permit for the project on February 8, 2008. Construction of the first and second phase were completed in 2010.
