La Quinta Inn and Suites

Project Description: A proposed three-story 34,905 square feet hotel on 2.95 acre site consisting of 58 rooms, porte-cochere for customer drop-off, lobby area, business center, meeting room, breakfast area, exercise room, swimming pool and spa.

Location: The project site is generally located on the northeast corner of Whitesbridge Road and Madera Avenue just east of the Crossroads Shopping Center.

Approvals: The City of Kerman originally approved a Conditional Use Permit No. 06-07 for the project on November 6, 2006. CUP No. 06-7 was subsequently amended and approved by the City on February 23, 2009. Construction start date contingent upon developer securing financing for the project.
