Consider renting one of Kerman’s seven rental facilities for your next event! From weddings and fundraisers to meetings and private parties, Kerman has a facility to meet your needs. Reservations can be made in person at the Recreation Office, located at the Community/Teen Center, 15101 West Kearney Plaza or from this website: Online Reservations. Telephone reservations are not accepted. Reservations are made on a first-come basis. Clean up is your responsibility before leaving the facility or park on the day of your event. |

COMMUNITY/TEEN CENTER Contact: Mark Salvador The Community/Teen Center is a 13,000 square foot facility available for weddings, receptions, private parties, meetings, seminars, fundraiser, etc. The facility includes a large catering kitchen, multi-use rooms, stage area, dance floor, P.A. system, and LLD Maintenance. Tables and chairs are available for use within the facility upon request. Event fees are determined by event type and size. The Community/Teen Center is a popular facility and often books months in advance. Please call at your earliest convenience to reserve the Community/Teen Center for your next event. Driving Directions: From the South – Head North on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Travel approximately half a mile. Turn left (west) onto West Kearney Blvd. Turn left into the Community/Teen Center entrance. |

KERCKHOFF PARK Contact: Mark Salvador The North and South picnic shelters are available for rent for a $35/day rental fee. Each picnic shelter includes six picnic tables and seats 48 guests. The Baseball/Softball Field at Kerckhoff Park is available for rent for a $75/day rental fee. Use of the field’s lights is available at the cost of $10/hour. The Kerckhoff Park bandstand and dance area are available for rent for a $100/day fee. Driving Directions: From the South — Head North on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Travel approximately half a mile. Turn left (west) onto “G” Street. Park will be located at 15061 West “G” Street. |

LIONS PARK PICNIC PAVILION Contact: Mark Salvador The Lions Park Picnic Pavilion is located near the park’s playground facility, the BBQ pits, and horseshoe pits. It serves as a great location for family get-togethers, children’s birthday parties, and group celebrations. The Pavilion includes 12 picnic tables and seats 96 guests. A $75/day rental fee is required. Driving Directions: From the South — Head North on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Turn left (west) onto E Street. Travel approximately a half mile. Park will be on your right hand side at the corner of E Street and Park Avenue. |

ROTARY PARK Contact: Mark Salvador Rotary Park’s baseball/softball fields are available for a $75/day fee for each field. Field lights are available for use at the rate of $10/hr. Rotary Park’s Concession Stand is available for rent at a $35/day rental fee. A $75 refundable deposit is also required, and will be returned following your event if no damage has been done to the facility. Driving Directions: From the South — Head North on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. Turn right (east) onto California Avenue/A Street. Follow California Avenue/A Street for a quarter mile. Turn left (north) on Vineland Avenue. Rotary Park will be on your left had side, and is located at the corner of “D” Street and Vineland Avenue. |

SENIOR CENTER Contact: Rachel Gailey The Senior Center is available for rent as a meeting site and private rental facility. A large dining area comfortably seats up to 90 guests. An additional room can be used for meetings, seminars, or classes and seats approximately 35 guests. A refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve the facility. The $150 deposit will be returned following the event if no damage has been done to the facility. The rental fee is $40/hr, and reservations must be made with a two hour minimum. The Senior Center is located at the corner of South 8th Street and “D” Street. |

SCOUT HUT at Kerckhoff Park Contact: Mark Salvador The Scout Hut is available as a meeting site or as a private rental facility for $100 fee (4 hour maximum). A fee of $20/hr is charged for every hour exceeding the 4 hour maximum. A $75 refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date. Provided that there is no damage to the facility, the $75 deposit will returned to you after your event. Driving Directions: From the South — Head North on Madera Avenue as you enter Kerman. SWIMMING POOL at Kerman High School Contact: Tanya Hammrich The swimming pool is located at Kerman High School and is available for special parties during the aquatic season. Reservations must be made in advance with a two-hour minimum. The swimming pool is a popular rental facility, and the aquatic season can be short, so please reserve the pool for your event at your earliest convenience. Lifeguards are provided by the Recreation Department. Fees are based on event size: 1-75 guests: $40/hr

YOUTH CENTER at Kerckhoff Park Kerckhoff Park will soon be home to the Kerman Youth Center. Currently under construction, the new Youth Center will include a pool table, video arcade games, ping pong table, foosball table, play station with a 30-inch television, and large screen projection VCR with surround sound system. Activities will include homework and class projects assistance, special teen events, and teen service projects. The Kerman Youth Commission has worked with the City of Kerman in the design and décor of the Center, and will continue to be a resource to City staff is planning, promoting, and implementation of youth programs and services.
