| Kerman Dial-A-Ride Van |
Kerman Dial-A-Ride is a general public, curb to curb, demand-response public transit system operated by the City of Kerman with cooperative funding from the County of Fresno. Service is provided to any resident within the Kerman Unified School District. Dial-A-Ride may be used to get to work, medical appointments, school meetings, senior services, events, and much more. All vehicles are equipped with a wheelchair lift. To make a reservation call (559) 846-7914, Monday through Friday, 7:30a.m.- 4:00p.m. Please be prepared to give the following information:
Call at least two hours in advance. The dispatcher will give you an estimated pick-up time. Please be ready by this time as the van will wait no longer than five minutes. If you decide you no longer need a ride, please call early to cancel your reservation. Transportation Coordinator Fares range from $0.50 to $2.00 depending on the destination. |
