Project Description: Pebble Brook Village is an 82 unit townhouse project featuring private garages, community room, swimming pool and spa. Each unit comes with fiber optics, granite counter tops, alarms, and Italian tile flooring. The complex also has exterior security cameras.
Location: The project site is located at the southwest corner of Kearney Boulevard and Siskiyou Avenue. Approvals: The City of Kerman originally approved Conditional Use Permit No. 05-10 in 2005. Construction of the project was completed in 2008.
