Planning and Development Services
The Planning & Development Services Department focuses on property development and revitalization activity throughout the community. The Department works with the City Engineer in managing land use planning, permit issuance, building plan checks, inspection services, and code enforcement. Programs aimed towards developing low and moderate-income housing are also administered through the Planning & Development Services Department. The Planning and Development Services Department is also home to Building, Planning, Code Enforcement, and Animal Control Divisions.
