It is the mission of the City of Kerman Utilities Division to provide water, sewer and solid waste services to our customers in a clean, healthy, consistent and reliable manner.  We strive to provide useful information for the proper use of these services and expect all utility users to pay for services in a timely, just and consistent manner.
