The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to select an artist or group of artists to transform two pre-selected walls in downtown Kerman through the creation of an original design. The mural design must depict the City’s roots and historic features. The goal of the murals is to bring about a new sense of energy to the City’s downtown. Request for Qualifications (PDF)
