CALL FOR APPLICANTS – KERMAN PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
The City of Kerman is accepting applications for appointments to the Kerman Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission. The Commission serves as the advisory board to the Community Services Director and is advisory on planning and policy matters relating to goals and services provided by the department, construction and renovation of facilities, addresses input from community on parks, open space and recreation activities. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., City Council Chambers. Currently there is four appointments to be made, one for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2024, expiring December 31, 2024, and three for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2024, expiring December 31, 2026.
Citizens residing within the Kerman Sphere of Influence are eligible to apply. Filing deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023.
